How much does your service cost?

We have one simple pricing structure: £25 + VAT per month.

This covers your entire monthly hosting fees, and technical support.

Please note Domain name (i.e. your website address) is charged separately.

For Card Payment services, we would require you to have an account with Stripe, and you will be responsible for the management of the Stripe account.

What happens if I want to cancel my account?

We would love for you to stay with us. However, in the event you wish to no longer use our services, we can cancel your service with 1 month’s notice. We will also transfer your domain name (i.e. website address) to you or a website developer of your choice.

The website and any of our services (e.g. Online Booking, Online Ordering etc.) are propriety of EPOS Right Ltd. and therefore will not be transferrable.

Are there any fees for Card Payments?

For Card Payments, you will need to have an account with Stripe. We would then set up your website to allow customer to make payments via Stripe. Please note, Stripe have their own fee per transaction. For more details please visit the Stripe website.
